We designed this CRM with our clients in mind. Striving to make a friendly user-interface to assist you with lead organization was the goal in designing this tool for your use. You have two routes for keeping track of your leads. You can either opt to use the web application which will give you a clean interface to visually update the leads you receive or you can opt to update all the leads you receive via SMS with a few commands that sync directly with the web application dashboard! Commands Overview

Base Commands

 In this section, you will get a glimpse of the available commands you can use to update & track all leads you receive via SMS. We made this easy for you to use. The commands typically begin with a slash in order for the application to differentiate between desired actions you would like to initiate. All lead updates are to be texted to: 785-508-1526. They are as follows:

** Please note ** You can also combine these commands in other combinations not specified about like for example , if you want to update the deal status for a lead you just closed , you can text: ‘/select name=Leskesha Smith phone=256-902-1920 dealstatus=Closed deal salesvalue=7000’ to update both the deal status and how much the deal was closed for.

The following examples are the typical scenarios you will mostly use on a regular basis. Please remember that you are able to combine fields together if you need to update more than 1 field at once.

Help Command

Leads Command

Returns a list of leads received & tracked within the previous 7 days, just text /leads to 785-508-1526

Leads Command With Date Filter

Returns a list of leads received & tracked within the custom date range you set, just text /leads Month-Day : Month-Day to 785-508-1526

** Please Note ** You can also use the /leads command or /leads MM-DD : MM-DD to find the name and contact information of a lead before you update it.

Update Deal Status Of A Lead

This command is used to update the status of a lead in your sales cycle. You would text /select name=name of the lead phone=phone number of the lead dealstatus={status of the lead} to 785-508-1526

Here is a list of valid status you can use (case sensitive):

• Bid submitted

• Customer did not like price

• Customer says they will follow up

• Lost deal

• Closed deal

Here are some example commands using the ‘dealstatus=’ field (Be sure to swap out the name and phone number of the lead you are seeking to update):

If you give a customer a bid, type the following command to update track the status:

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 dealstatus=Bid submitted

If the customer did not like the price you gave them, type the following command:

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 dealstatus=Customer did not like price

If the customer will follow up with you after a bid, type the following command:

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 dealstatus=Customer says they will follow up

If you lost the deal, type the following command:

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 dealstatus=Lost deal

If you won the deal, type the following command:

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 dealstatus=Closed deal

Update The Bid Amount You Quoted The Customer

This command submits the bid (price) you gave to the customer. This can be updated at any time if the initial bid changes. 

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 quotevalue=6500

Update The Amount You Sold To The Customer

This command submits the amount you sold to the customer (deal size). This can be updated at any time if the initial selling price changes.

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 salesvalue=8900

Update Notes For The Lead

This command submits any notes you may want to enter for you records for the lead. This can be updated at any time.

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 notes=He will give us a call back to let us know if he liked the quoted 8900 price

Update Follow Up Status For Lead

This command submits the follow up status you may want to enter for your records for the lead. This can be updated at any time.

If you want to set the followup to yes, type the following command:

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 followup=yes

If you want to set the followup to no, type the following command:

/select name=Albert Jenkins phone=4098809905 followup=no

Add Lead Command (Phone Calls)

This command adds new leads to be tracked. Please keep in mind that this was designed for phone call leads as they arent added by default, form submission leads are added to be tracked by default.

/addlead name=Ashley Albert phone=4098879945

Wildcard – Update Every Field At Once For A Lead

This command updates all fields for a specified lead at once. **Please note** After the /select name= phone= , the order of the fields does not matter

 /select name=Leskesha Smith phone=256-902-1920 quotevalue=6700 salesvalue=7000 dealstatus=Closed deal notes=She likes our price , will talk to her husband followup=no 

Command Limitations

• When you are finding a lead using the /select command, if the name= phone= fields are not included or at least one of them is missing, the command will not run.
